Ridiculous!

Was surfing the net and was shocked by this: For a supposedly "ultimate arbiter of high society, taste and glamour", the stylist doesn't have good taste. My goodness! It looks like a sci-fi horror movie. Is the lobster about to choke the lady as she passively waits? What are they trying to say?
